CEO / FOUNDER

Marlon Freckleton

With over two decades of experience spanning federal and private sectors, Marlon Freckleton has built a career defined by leadership, innovation, and technological advancement. His journey began in the federal space, where he held roles across the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Army (DoA), and the U.S. Department of the Treasury — serving as a Project Manager, Program Manager, and Project Lead across Payroll Systems Management, Asset Management, Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM), IAM, and Procurement Management.

In the private sector, he expanded into financial systems and enterprise resource planning, specializing in SAP, FICO, IT Project Control, and Oracle E-Business ERP. Driven by a passion for innovation and connectivity, he founded Seiretsu, a communications and internet service provider delivering fiber, 4G LTE, and 5G MVNO solutions — before launching Navigational Science to meet the growing need for dedicated cybersecurity, digital identity, and data protection expertise.
