With over two decades of experience spanning federal and private sectors, I have built a career defined by leadership, innovation, and a commitment to technological advancement. My journey began in the federal space, where I held roles across the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Army (DoA), and the US Department of the Treasury, serving as a Project Manager, Program Manager, and Project Lead. My expertise extends across Payroll Systems Management, Asset Management, Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Procurement Management, ensuring operational efficiency and security in critical government systems.
In the private sector, I expanded my focus into financial systems and enterprise resource planning, specializing in SAP, FICO, IT Project Control, and Oracle E-Business ERP. My work as a Financial Systems Analyst and IT Project Controller allowed me to bridge the gap between technology and financial strategy, optimizing enterprise solutions for organizations navigating complex digital transformations.
Driven by a passion for innovation and connectivity, I founded Seiretsu, a Communication and Internet Service Provider delivering fiber network solutions, 4G LTE, and 5G MVNO services. Seiretsu was born out of a vision to enhance global communication by providing seamless voice, text, and data solutions that empower individuals and businesses.
Understanding the growing importance of cybersecurity, I also launched Navigational Science, a cybersecurity company dedicated to safeguarding digital assets in an increasingly connected world. With cyber threats evolving at an unprecedented pace, my mission is to provide cutting-edge security solutions that protect organizations from vulnerabilities and ensure digital resilience.
